At The House Salon, we are dedicated to providing an inviting and enjoyable experience for every guest. To ensure this, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review our policies, which are designed to create a harmonious atmosphere and uphold the quality of our services.
Allergy Alert Testing
To ensure your safety, an allergy alert test must be carried out at least 48 hours before any colouring service. This applies to guests new to our salon and those who have not received a colour service with us in the past 6 months.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals and Deposits
Deposits are taken for all appointments and are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else and supports the livelihood of our talented team.
No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, then 50% of the cost of the service will be charged.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened.

We are dedicated to ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with their experience. If you are not happy with your service:
Please inform us immediately or within 48 hours of your appointment.
We will provide necessary adjustments free of charge within one week of your visit.
Please Note:
Achieving your desired results may require more than one session, particularly for major colour transformations or corrections.
Refunds are not offered for services that can be corrected.
